UNWANTED ITEMS / CANCELLATIONS Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us no later than 7 working days after receiving your order, and we will provide all of the details you require to return your goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take reasonable care of the goods and that they are returned in NEW, UNDAMAGED, PACKAGED condition. The cost of returning the goods is at the buyer’s expense and they must be returned to us within 7 working days of you receiving them. Please note that we do not refund postage & packaging costs. Must be sent to us via recorded delivery. Please note that due to the fact that some items are custom made to order we cannot offer a refund for any from this range (Eg Dream Catchers) as they are tailored to each individual order. If any of these items are damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of signing for it and we will do our utmost to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, a replacement will be despatched to you upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. No additional charges will be made for replacement item delivery. If the item is no longer available or out of stock, a replacement of the same quality and value or a full refund (including postage) will be offered. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery date. You will be provided with a returns number which must accompany the returned item. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the returns number, and must be sent to us via recorded delivery. You must take reasonable care of the item while in your possession. POSTAL SERVICES Delivery will be made via Royal Mail 1st class, recorded delivery. If you are not in when delivery is attempted you will be carded, Royal Mail will hold items for 1 week, before they are returned to us. If items have gone out via courier and they are returned to us, then you will be liable for the return costs. If items are required to be resent, then you will be liable to repay the p&p. We will dispatch the same day as the order is placed the cut off time for this is 3pm British Time. For custom made items we will do our best for delivery within 3-5 working days. We will inform you when the item has been dispatched with tracking number. If due to unforseen circumstance we are unable to dispatch your order the same day even though was ordered before the cut off point we will refund your postage and an email will be sent as soon as is possible. The only exception to this is when prior notice is given on the home page (www.viccwiccwicca.com). Please note that this is subject to Scottish bank holidays when we will be unable to post goods. We also cannot be held accountable for either being unable to post, or general lateness of delivery due to industrial action or any other disrupting influence which may affect Royal Mail. Please note that age-restricted items (such as an athame) my take up to 3-5 working days to be posted pending identity checks to satisfy us that you are of a legal age to purchase such an item. As a result these items are excluded from the free postage offer if we dont dispatch it the same day. Why do we only send recorded delivery? In order to protect the interests of both parties we felt it was necessary to have a system whereby the customer knew their item had been dispatched and have the ability to track it, as well as for us to know if or when the item had been recieved. In addition to this if any items were to go missing in transit for whatever reason, we could reclaim the value of the item from Royal Mail and so not incur a loss and help keep our prices low. Similarly it helps the cutsomer know that, if same day shipping was applicable, the item was posted that day. We hope you understand our shipping policy and agree that it is purely to protect the interests of both yourselves as customers and us as retailer. Please do not request delivery via any unrecorded methods as we will not post unless the package is fully trackable. The only exception to this is the 'Zirconia Costum Rings', which due to the very low cost of the items we will post via standard 1st class. This is also specified in the description for this item.
