10% MARFAN TRUST CHARITY DONATION

If you would like to donate 10% of the order total to the Marfan Trust (www.marfantrust.org) please enter the code 'marfan' at the checkout stage. This code can be entered with every order however if the code is used for your 1st order then you waive the right to your personal 10% discount, which is only applicable on the 1st order. To donate the 10% to the Marfan Trust you simply need to enter the voucher code, the price you pay does not change we will donate 10% of the order total on your behalf. If this is not entered at the order stage then it will not be honoured.

LEGAL MINIMUM AGE

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, if you are buying an Athame you are confirming you are the legal age of 18 Years Old or over. If you do not reside within the UK then by ordering you are confirming that you are of legal age to purchase such items within your current country of residence. When purchasing such an item you confirm that you agree to us performing checks to determine that you are of appropriate age to purchase the item.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND IMAGES

All photographs are taken of our products as soon as they arrive. These images are for representation only and are correct at the time. Our suppliers may, from time to time, change the design or colour slightly. This is beyond our control. As the images are for representation only, we reserve the right to send an item that differs slightly from the one pictured.

If you would like us to order in any items that we do not have in stock please contact us and we will do our best to try and source the item you would like. We will keep you updated at all times with regards to the status of our search, as well as seek confirmation before going ahead with ordering the item. Until now we have ordered these special items in good faith. However, due to an increasing number of individuals who have had us order them items in (which requires us making a minimum order from our suppliers specfically to order the product) then fail to buy the item, we have had to introduce a deposit system for this service. We will be happy to source the item for you as before but we cannot place the order from our supplier without first receiving a 50%, non refundable, deposit purely to cover our expenses and risks should we be let down again in future like this. If we order a product in it must be purchased within 28 days of us informing you of it being in stock. If it remains unbought after this time you will lose the 50% deposit and the item will go on general sale. It may still be bought from the shop as normal after this period but the full price will be redeemable. If for whatever reason you are unable to buy the item within the 28 days please contact us (before the 28 days are up) and we will be happy to come to another arrangement or extension period at our discretion. We are very sorry to have to introduce such a system but we are sure you can understand that after being left with products we specifically ordered in for customers who then didn't buy them we have to protect our interests in order to maintain the ordering service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, if you have any questions or would like us to order anything in for you then don't hesitate to contact us.

SERVICE CHANGES

We reserve the right at any time to alter or withdraw any provided service without prior notice. These changes may be a result of site alterations, technical reasons, or the abuse of either the service or staff. We reserve the right to monitor the usage of any services we provide for statistical purposes.

RESERVED ITEMS

Items in the 'Reserved' category are just that. Each item will be clearly marked as to whom it is reserved for. This recipient is the only person who, while the item remains reserved, we will accept a sale from and dispatch to. If a resevred item is bought by anybody but the intended recipient, the order will be cancelled and the item re-located back into the reserved category. A full refund will be given, less any transactional fees levied to us in both the receiving and refunding of the payment.
